• We currently deliver within Malaysia only.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
• Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

      Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

Shipping Method: Standard Delivery

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 working days

Shipping Fee: RM6 (Free for orders RM250 and above)

Notes:

• Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
• Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once the minimum order value is met.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
• Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, festive periods, or promotional campaigns.

A tracking number will be sent via email and/or SMS once your order has been shipped.
